Purpose of this role:
Developing and executing a multi-year technology strategy supporting the full range of business services.Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs.Partnering with all business verticals to ensure excellent customer experience through technologyBuilding a strong technology team and leading them to deliver the tech strategy of the company, including managing of the in-house software teamLeading upgradation and building of tech products, both front end applications and back office softwares, including CRM, to ensure best in class user experienceOptimizing and managing the technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet managing costs effectivelyBringing technological innovation in the company - discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantageLead strategic insight and overview of business case justifications and ROI analysis for IT spending and initiativesDeveloping and maintaining overall framework of IT policies, standards and strategiesPrepare IT budgets and monitor KPIs to assess technological performanceBring data analytics solutions and artificial intelligence capabilities to our platforms As part of business continuity plan, ensure there is no failure in business operations and appropriate disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events which can impact the business continuityDevelop and manage annual and quarterly budgets.Oversee data security, management, and governance.Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.Manage IT resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics.Ability to lead complex, major changes /transformation initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management on an organizational and interpersonal level; experience with integrating teams across multiple business units and managing a geographically dispersed workforce.No. of direct subordinates:-8Main Responsibility Key Result Area1.
