About the Career Enhancement Cell:

Guided by TresVista’s culture and values, the Career Enhancement Cell is committed to supporting the long-term career growth of people while they are employed with TresVista and beyond. CEC empowers employees by providing them with the necessary tools and opportunities for continuous professional growth. The department breaks down its operations into three core functions:

  • Career Counselling

    - counseling and coaching employees on their long-term career goals
  • It includes education counselling-

    counselling employees interested in pursuing further education with appropriate and aligned choices
  • Employee Mobility Support

    - facilitating on-shore experiences for current employees at client offices to fulfill the latter's short and long-term staffing requirements
  • Placements Support

    - support for outgoing employees and former employees finding new, suitable roles within and outside of TresVista


About the Roles

Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Career Enhancement Cell at TresVista is a multi-faceted consultant role requiring the individual to work closely with senior stakeholders across the company and beyond. The SVP will help set up and run the Career Counselling function at the company. The function is meant to add value to three key parties involved:

  • Employee
  • Clients
  • TresVista


Roles and Responsibilities:


▪ Design, implement, monitor and improve the frameworks, processes and team needed to establish a system of career counselling across the company

▪ Work towards helping employees think long-term career advancements

▪ Build relationships with popular schools across the world to place TresVista employees interested in pursuing further education

▪ Work with the placements support function to find outplacement opportunities for outgoing employees


Prerequisites:

▪ 15-18 years of experience in career coaching/counselling with significant exposure to corporates


▪ Certifications and/or skills

- Coaching frameworks (GROW, CLEAR, solution-focused coaching, or others)

- Assessment tools (MBTI, Clifton Strengths, DISC, Hogan, or others)

- Certifications (ICF, CPCC, CLC, CCP, or others)


▪ Expertise

-Familiarity with career pathing, performance management, and employee engagement

-Ability to work with senior leaders and reporting managers

-Capable of designing scalable career development frameworks

-Strong interpersonal and listening skills

-Data-driven thinking (ability to use career progression data)

-Exposure to academic institutions, especially business schools and graduate programs

-Experience in career services or admissions consulting is a plus


▪ A Bachelors/Master's degree in one of the following fields is preferred:

-Counselling

-Psychology

-Human Resources

-Career Development

-Organizational Behavior

-Or any related field


Preferred Skills:

▪ Experience in conducting one-on-one and group counselling sessions

▪ Experience in facilitating workshops and seminars

▪ Experience with career assessment tools

▪ Experience in training counsellors
