Senior UX Designer

We're seeking a world-class Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of intelligent, ethical, and human-centered AI. If you're a design leader with a background from a top-tier design, HCI, or technical program and a track record of crafting intuitive, high-impact SaaS or AI-driven products this role is for you. As a key member of our design team, you'll lead UX strategy and execution for cutting-edge agentic AI systems tools that act with autonomy, adapt to user context, and support decision-making with minimal human input. you'll also help transform the user experience for our next-generation Supply Chain platforms, building elegant, efficient tools that power global operations. What You Will Do Create end-to-end UX design for agentic AI and other complex features across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and engineers to translate complex behaviors into human-centered designs. Contribute to the design of a complex design system. Develop user journeys, interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes that support agentive interaction patterns (eg, delegation, oversight, explainability). Conduct user research and usability testing, and synthesize insights to refine designs. Advocate for ethical UX practices in agentic systems, ensuring transparency, control, and trust. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI UX, agentic product design, and human-computer interaction. What You Will Bring Bachelors or masters degree from a top program in HCI, UX Design, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a focus on AI or intelligent systems. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, especially in AI-driven and SaaS contexts. Deep understanding of user psychology, interaction models, and ethical design principles in autonomous systems. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping tools. Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in fast-paced startup or research-driven environments, across multiple time zones. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience designing for agentic AI systems (eg, AI agents, co-pilots, auto-delegation tools, or autonomous decision-makers). Familiarity with explainable AI (XAI), trust calibration, and interaction design for partially autonomous systems. Background contributing to technical product decisions. Experience creating design systems in Figma.
