As a Senior UX Designer at EazyDiner, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining design goals, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the dining journey for millions of users. Your key responsibilities will include conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather actionable insights. You will then translate these findings into user-centered design solutions. Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools will be a part of your daily tasks. It will be essential to ensure that your designs align with business objectives, user needs, and adhere to EazyDiner's brand guidelines. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of designs. Advocating for best practices in UX design and maintaining a user-first mindset across teams will be crucial for success. Continuous improvement is a core value at EazyDiner, and you will be expected to analyze user feedback and behavioral data to iterate on designs and enhance the overall user experience. Staying updated with the latest trends in UX design and dining technology is also essential to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, along with at least 5 years of proven experience in UX design, preferably in consumer-facing digital products. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in designing for mobile-first platforms (iOS and Android) and responsive web applications is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in the hospitality or dining tech industry, familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and a strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
