Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered solutions and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across products.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and develop designs that meet those needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience working in an agile environment with a focus on iterative design improvement.
