Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Define UX strategy, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design principles to guide the design process. Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and test with users. Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable design solutions. Guide and mentor junior designers, sharing expertise in UX methodologies and best practices. Please note that as part of the H-1B visa sponsorship process, there are various fees and expenses associated with filing and processing the application. While we are committed to supporting you through this process, we kindly request that candidates cover some of the costs like premium processing (if applicable), and dependent visa fees. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while aligning with our policies. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse 50% of the fee after 4 years of continuous employment with us.
