Senior User Researcher

As a Senior User Researcher at WPP, you will play a central role in shaping the user experience of the global GenAI-powered marketing platform. Your responsibilities will include: - End-to-End Research Leadership: - Own and drive the research strategy across the GenAI platform transformation. - Design and conduct mixed-methods research to explore user needs, perceptions of AI tools, and barriers to adoption. - Identify and segment user personas across functions and roles. - Insights for Behaviour & Adoption: - Explore behavioural drivers and resistance points related to GenAI adoption. - Assess user reaction to automation or AI intervention. - Partner with behavioural designers to support mindset shifts and habit formation. - Prototype & Product Testing: - Collaborate with UX, Product, and AI teams to design and execute usability tests. - Evaluate AI agent usability and improve workflows to reduce friction. - Test in-product micro-learnings and feedback systems. - Continuous Feedback & Learning: - Build systems to capture ongoing user feedback and experience metrics. - Translate research findings into actionable insights. - Develop user insight dashboards for internal audiences. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with Product, UX, AI Coaching, and Change teams. - Facilitate co-creation workshops and collaborative discovery sessions. - Advocate for user needs in strategic planning discussions. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in user research or human-centered design. - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Experience in complex enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of behavioral research and digital adoption challenges. - Comfortable with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies. - Skilled in storytelling and data translation.
