Location : Hoodi,Bangalore

Work mode : Onsite only

Shift timings : 6.30 PM -3.30 AM/7 PM to 4 AM

Notice period : Immediate to 15 days

Package: Depends on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter who can manage the full recruitment life cycle for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US tax terms, and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non IT positions across various technologies.
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Review, screen, and evaluate technical resumes for best-fit candidates.
• Lead a team of recruiters for direct client requirements
• Proficient with working terminologies of W2, C2C and 1099
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Experience working with Direct clients
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS tools.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Proven success in sourcing, screening and placing candidates.
• Hands on experience of non technical, technical job requirements and US staffing industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Experience recruiting for various IT & Non IT roles
• Hands-on experience with major job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms(JobDiva).
