Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of the US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in networking, consultant marketing, and client/vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with vendors, direct clients, and consultants.
• Market IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, CPT) to vendors and direct clients.
• Utilize social networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to establish and maintain vendor relationships.
• Source and match consultant profiles with suitable job requirements from various job portals.
• Handle the end-to-end bench sales recruitment process, including submission, rate negotiation, and interview follow-ups.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates, tracking all follow-ups and placement progress.
• Ensure timely paperwork validation and compliance with recruitment policies.
• Develop and implement successful hiring strategies to maximize placements.
• Identify challenges in the recruitment process and propose creative and effective solutions.
• Communicate efficiently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of US staffing, recruitment, and bench sales.
• Experience in vendor engagement and client relations.
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• Supplemental Pay: Performance-based bonuses.
