Role & responsibilities Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling bench consultants for US-based clients and managing relationships with vendors and clients to maximize opportunities Key Responsibilities: Identify and source bench consultants available for placement with US-based clients in various IT roles, including software developers , QA engineers , network engineers , data analysts , etc. Develop relationships with prime vendors , direct clients , and consulting firms to secure contract and full-time opportunities for bench consultants. Negotiate contract terms, pay rates, and placement details with clients and consultants. Market available consultants to potential clients by preparing resumes , rate negotiations , and interview coordination . Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure candidates qualifications match client requirements. Maintain a database of available bench candidates and manage bench utilization to avoid any downtime. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors to generate repeat business and ensure smooth placement processes. Track market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to get resume updates , verify visa status , and ensure consultant readiness for placement. Manage the entire sales cycle : lead generation, client engagement, contract negotiations, and placement follow-ups. Ensure a high level of candidate experience , keeping them informed throughout the placement process. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in US Bench Sales or related roles in US IT staffing. &Strong knowledge of bench sales process, including marketing bench consultants and negotiating with clients. Experience working with US visa types (H1B, TN, GC, etc.) and knowledge of various consultant profiles. Expertise in using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms to market consultants. Strong understanding of client/vendor management and building long-term relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills. Ability to work in US shifts (6:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and consultants simultaneously. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully placing bench consultants.
