Senior UI/UX Designer

Concept Development and Design Execution

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for digital products, in alignment with the brand identity.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  

Problem Solving and Decision Making

• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to both core and new functions and features.
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
  

Collaboration and Innovation

• Work closely with a cross-functional and interdisciplinary team, including UX Designers, Developers, Project and Product Management, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, and Business Partners.
• Embrace calculated risks and advocate for innovative ideas.
• Adhere to the organization’s environmental health and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
  

Experience

• 6-8 years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years of working on a Business to Customer (B2C) UI/UX design. (Mobile experience mandatory).
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for mobile and web platforms.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
