Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Prioritizing clean design, scalability, modularity, and componentization. - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and information architectures. - Developing high quality prototypes and animations using tools like Figma. - Collaborating with the development team to ensure the feasibility of design implementation. - Contributing to and maintaining a style guide for new components. - Ensuring adherence to accessibility requirements. - Staying updated with UI trends, best practices, design principles, and toolsets. - Communicating and demonstrating the value and rationale of UX decisions to stakeholders. - Partnering with users, clients, product managers, and developers to define requirements and UI mockups. - Translating customer requirements into relevant UX features. - Demonstrating strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role. - Familiarity with UI design patterns. - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Indesign. - Portfolio showcasing an eye for detail. - Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
