Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete UI/UX design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design.
• Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile that balance aesthetics and performance.
• Translate complex workflows and business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and iterate based on real-world feedback and usability testing.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and pixel-perfect execution across all platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices—and know when to challenge them.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong, relevant portfolio.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design psychology, and user behavior.
• Proven ability to design for conversion, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced product teams.
• Excellent attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• Strong communication skills—able to explain design choices with logic and clarity.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and committed to design quality and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
