About The Role

Key responsibilty will be Meraki level-2 supportOnline support to the customer by Chat for front usageAnswer customer question for any question about site delivery (including self installation)Online support to the customer by Chat for front usageAnswer customer question for any question about site delivery (including self installation)Validates site addressesCompletes the commercial order entry in the legacy commercial system (GOLD)initiate the technical order entry within the technical ordering system and the provisioning systemsreceives the configuration information (SRF2 parameters) from the HQ CustomerHandover to ST/CM&RM teamis responsible for local access resource booking and allocation.is responsible of the equipment ordering through the standard supply chain process. He requests staging and shipment in order to meet the target installation date.is responsible of the installation and must therefore ensure the readiness of all the required components for a successful installation/migration : circuit, equipment, human resources on customer side ;notifies all stakeholders of upcoming installation/migrationfinalizes the technical order entry within the technical ordering system and the provisioning systemsreleases the technical order in to the provisioning systemClear and single authority and ownership for the layer 2 and basic configuration tasks of a specific orderSingle ownership of the configuration creation and the testing of the created configurationresource allocation and meshing order creationLayer 2 configuration creation if required or supervision of the layer 2 configuration generation by batchAccess tests executionClear and single authority and an end to end ownership for all the final configuration tasks of a specific orderSingle ownership of the final configuration creation and the testing of the created configurationRouter final configuration creation,Router final configuration upload,Gateway configuration creation if requested.

About You

Good Knowledge on some of the following: TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP4, RIPV2, MPLS, VPN,Linux,Vmvare,Red hat open stack,Juniper Contrail,Ciena Blueplanet,Scripting,Good knowledge on Meraki
