Senior Travel Manager

As a Senior Travel Manager at Tripo Jungle, a pioneering travel company dedicated to offering transformative travel experiences, your role will involve overseeing travel arrangements, managing travel teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing sales. You will be based full-time on-site in Ahmedabad, working towards creating unforgettable experiences that inspire positive vibes and promote responsible tourism practices. Your responsibilities will include coordinating travel logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, handling inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service. In addition, you will be expected to develop travel policies, manage travel documentation, and continuously improve travel processes to enhance the overall travel experience for our clients. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, strong communication and customer service skills, experience in sales and travel-related customer satisfaction, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
