Senior Travel Consultant

You will be working as a Senior Travel Consultant at Juzgo Holidays World LLP, a leading travel and tourism company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company specializes in curated domestic and international holiday packages, corporate travel, and customized itineraries, with a commitment to delivering unforgettable travel experiences to customers. As a Senior Travel Consultant, your main responsibility will be to design personalized travel itineraries, manage end-to-end bookings, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. This includes designing and selling domestic and international travel packages, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, providing expert advice on destinations and activities, managing bookings, negotiating with suppliers for the best rates, and handling post-booking support efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Design and sell domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and insurance. - Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. - Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and activities. - Handle travel inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins. - Manage bookings using travel reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent. - Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to get the best rates. - Provide post-booking support and handle changes or cancellations efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of client information and bookings. - Upsell additional travel services such as insurance, upgrades, and excursions. - Keep updated with travel trends, safety protocols, and visa regulations. - Train and support junior consultants as needed. - Manage end-to-end on-tour operations, including coordination with transport, accommodation, guides, and local vendors. - Drive travel sales and meet revenue targets through effective customer engagement and upselling. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with any stream. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a travel consultancy role. - In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and tourism trends. - Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously. - Familiarity with visa processes and international travel documentation. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales is an advantage. - Multitasking skills are required.
