Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Kochi. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The role involves providing excellent customer service, offering advice on travel destinations, and ensuring all travel plans are executed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience with handling Reservations, booking and packages knowledge
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus
