Travel Consultant Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation & Sales:

     Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Use your expertise to recommend and sell customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
  • Booking & Itinerary Management:

     Handle all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiry to final confirmation. Create detailed and accurate travel itineraries.
  • Customer Service:

     Provide exceptional pre-travel and post-travel support, addressing any client questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Knowledge:

     Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination information, and vendor offerings to provide the best recommendations.

Background and Skills (Must-Haves):

  • Experience:

     A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 

    travel company in a sales role.

  • Sales Acumen:

     Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills:

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Problem-Solving:

     Strong ability to handle complex situations and find creative solutions.
