Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Associate located in Shimla.
• The Travel Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting travel packages, booking reservations, and providing detailed travel information.
• Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, creating personalized travel itineraries, conducting market research on travel destinations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends.
• The Travel Sales Associate will ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with clients.

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of travel industry and destination information
• Skills in creating personalized travel itineraries and booking reservations
• Ability to conduct market research on travel trends

• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
