Senior Training Consultant

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Job description:

Position Name :Senior Training Consultant.

Reporting to: Director

Location: Bangalore

Travel : 20% (approximately)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Description of the opportunity and position

• Consistent delivery of training modules
• Design and facilitate team-building programs.
• Research and Content Development as per the requirement.
• Training Need analysis to build programs.
• Account Management and Client relationship management leading to increased business.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Support OD Initiatives as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

• Postgraduate degree from a recognized university / MBA preferred.
• Presentation and training delivery competence.
• Exposure to deliver training modules using a competency framework as a basis for training and development.
• Must have delivered soft skill training programs to Corporate at Middle and Senior Management levels for a minimum of 8 years with a total experience of not less than 12 years.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and email/proposal writing skills.
• Openness to learn; a passion for understanding people and businesses.

DESIRED:

• Knowledge of Training industry.
• Demonstrated ability to reprioritize workload under short deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Exposure to managing stakeholders and conducting a consulting discussion
• Able to deal with a high-pressure dynamic environment undergoing constant change.
