Who We Are:

Stimulus Consulting is an HR Consulting & Training Organization, delivering high-quality corporate learning interventions across India since 1997. While our trainers previously travelled nationwide for in-person sessions, post-pandemic client preferences have shifted toward regional/local trainers.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 10 years of corporate experience before transitioning into freelance training.

At least 5 years of freelancing experience in corporate training.

Expertise in Delivering Training on Topics Like:

· Business Communication

· Interpersonal Skills

· Conflict Management

· Presentation Skills

· First-Time Managers

· Campus to Corporate

· Leadership Development

· Selling Skills

· Customer Centricity

· Individual Effectiveness

· Negotiation & Influencing

· Team Building & Collaboration

Preferred Locations:

Kolkatta

Note: Trainers will be responsible for their own local conveyance and accommodation expenses.
