Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for internal teams on soft skills, process training, and product knowledge.
Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet specific business needs.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training content.
Provide coaching support to trainers on effective delivery techniques.

Will have to travel to site locations to train the Supervisors

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in training or a related field.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering engaging soft skill training programs using various methodologies such as classroom instruction, e-learning modules, role-playing exercises, simulations, etc.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them effectively during program development.

LanguageHindi, Kannada, and Tamil are musts.
