Senior Trainer - Content & Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules for

  new hires & tenured employees

  (focus: customer experience, communication & process excellence).
• Manage

  end-to-end training batches

  , ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee

  vendor-led training programs

  , monitor quality, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Develop

  presentations, handbooks, and e-learning content

  tailored to business needs.
• Measure training effectiveness using

  feedback, assessments, and business KPIs

  .
• Collaborate with

  operations, quality, and process teams

  to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Facilitate

  soft skills sessions

  to enhance customer interaction capabilities.
• Maintain

  training records, reports, and dashboards

  for leadership review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 5-7+ years of experience

  in Training (BPO / Customer Experience / E-Commerce).
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  mandatory.
• Excellent

  communication skills in English & Hindi

  .
• Strong

  presentation, facilitation, and content development

  skills.
• Experience in

  batch handling, training delivery, and vendor management

  .
• Self-driven, proactive, with a passion for

  people development

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in

  Training & Development / Soft Skills Facilitation

  .
• Exposure to

  Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  and digital learning tools.
• Experience in

  performance coaching & e-learning development

  .
• Understanding of

  E-commerce customer journeys & service excellence frameworks

  .
• Knowledge of

  AI-driven training tools

  will be an added advantage.
