From our technology portfolio to our global workforce, Lummus is growing at a rapid pace, and we hope that you will grow with us during this exciting time.Senior Thermal Engineer provides technical services and leadership/guidance across Lummus Heat Transfer and Lummus Technology business groups and supporting licensed exchanger and special heat transfer equipment products.The technical services will be in the areas of process integration, evaluation, selection, troubleshooting and thermal/mechanical design as well as development of unfired heat transfer equipment.

Perform thermal and hydraulic calculations utilizing basic theories and existing procedures for preliminary sizing of Heat Exchangers. Knowledge in Air cooler design will be plus point but not mandatory.
Evaluate client specifications and requirements.
Evaluate PFD, P&ID and Instrumentation and Control requirements.
Utilize generic/proprietary programs to design/rate HX/ACE.
Experience in CFD and interpretation of the results for implementation will be plus point but not mandatory .
Leading the drive for innovation in thermal engineering field.
Taking responsibility for inter-disciplinary coordination in proposals and projects.
Involve in skill development activities, guidance to less experienced resources.
Site visits for HX-related technical requirement.
Maintain proposal and job files in accordance with company procedures and practices.
