Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional with a passion for automation testing? We’re looking for a talented ServiceNow Tester to join our remote team immediately!

Key Skills & Experience:

8+ years total experience in ServiceNow

4+ years hands-on automation testing (Playwright tools preferred)

Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow IRM modules using Playwright or similar tools

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage

Perform end-to-end testing, regression testing, and integration testing for ServiceNow applications

Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with the development team for resolution

Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle

Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders

Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes
