Role Summary:

Qualification Criteria/Work Experience

Essential:

• Strong experience of working within an IT testing environment
• Understanding and use of Agile testing methods (SCRUM).
• Sound understanding and experience of full Software Development Lifecycle
• Individual contributor/Working Single handedly
• Experience of using Selenium with Java for Automation.
• Knowledge of creating automation framework from scratch
• Aware of Devops concepts.
• Practical experience of building test environments
• Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills
• Pro-active approach to problem resolution and inter-team communication
• Demonstrable ability to grasp the relevant software applications to a high level to perform the role.
• Aware of how API's or XML work and testing around that.

Overall Project/Task Description

• Use Automation tool for testing web-based applications
• Use Devops concepts in testing once it is built in project.
• To manage and progress test faults as they are allocated
• To provide assistance with the administration of the test processes and procedures.
• Ability to connect, communicate and collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders.
• To meet individual deadlines and to contribute effectively to the E&P team targets.
• To be able to work well with the development teams to resolve issues.
• Should be flexible to work on other tools for automation testing if required
