Responsibilities

• Coverage of SMB/ MA customers in a given geographical territory:
• Enhance wallet share in existing account/ customers.
• Acquire new accounts/ customers.
• Consistent in achievement of targets and business objectiveness regular Customer Care visits to existing customer for replacements of End of Life (EOL) and rental expired machines. Implement.
• Minosha customer engagement strategies in a given territory/ customer base.
• Map competition activity in assigned Territory and accounts, input into CRM database and develop counter strategies.
• Prepare and timely submit Account Management/ Territory activity, forecast & process reports, as per defined schedule.
• Provide regular updates to Customers, with respect to new products, solutions software, support services and key customer.

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Concept/ solution selling skills with strong Presentation skill sets using power point & other relevant IT applications.
• Keen financial acumen to understand the financial impact of decisions on Customers & Minosha.
