Job Title: Senior Tender Executive
Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Ashok Vihar Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process through various e-procurement platforms including GeM Portal. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience in tender documentation, submission, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: • Handle the entire tendering process including searching, evaluating, preparing, and submitting bids through e-procurement platforms (GeM Portal, CPP Portal, etc.). • Monitor and track tender announcements, amendments, corrigendum, and results. • Ensure timely submission of tenders as per guidelines and eligibility criteria. • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, etc.) for collecting required documentation and inputs. • Handle documentation such as EMDs, PBGs, Affidavits, Authorization Letters, and other statutory forms. • Manage post-tender activities including clarifications, negotiations, follow-ups, and contract finalizations. • Liaise with government departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth procurement operations. • Maintain and update all records related to tenders for audits and MIS reporting. • Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific norms in all tendering activities.
