Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tender Executive located in Kolkata. The Senior Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing submission documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with various departments, conducting market analysis, maintaining records of submitted and received tenders, and managing communications with clients and stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of tender procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender management, tender document preparation, and compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of market analysis and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
