Role Overview:

Senior Telecalling Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow up on leads generated via digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Convert telephonic inquiries into clinic walk-ins or online consultations.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through consultative and need-based selling.
  • Provide accurate information on aesthetic treatments, packages, and procedures.
  • Manage CRM entries, update call status, and maintain detailed records of conversations.
  • Coordinate with clinic managers and doctors to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and objections tactfully.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on campaign quality and lead quality.
  • Train and guide junior telecallers (if needed) and help improve team performance.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain cosmetic and aesthetic services.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Empathetic listener with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language (preferred).
  • Confident, target-driven, and proactive attitude.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline. A background in healthcare, cosmetology, or customer service is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales. Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, or beauty/cosmetic industries is highly preferred.
