Job Description

As a Senior Tele caller, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing tele calling operations. Leading a team of tele callers, you will work towards achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your role demands excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in tele calling. Proficiency in both Tamil and English languages is mandatory, while knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
