Job Description – Experienced Telecaller / Sales Manager

Position: Telecaller / Sales Manager
Location: NSP, DELHI
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in sales/telecalling/customer handling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for product/service promotion.
  • Explain products/services to customers and handle objections effectively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Train and guide junior telecallers (for Sales Manager role).
  • Develop strategies to improve customer reach and increase conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / customer handling.
  • Strong communication skills in [languages required – English/Hindi/Regional].
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software preferred.
  • Leadership and team management skills (for Sales Manager role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
