Job Description – Experienced Telecaller / Sales Manager Position: Telecaller / Sales Manager Location: NSP, DELHI Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in sales/telecalling/customer handling Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for product/service promotion. Explain products/services to customers and handle objections effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM. Train and guide junior telecallers (for Sales Manager role). Develop strategies to improve customer reach and increase conversions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / customer handling. Strong communication skills in [languages required – English/Hindi/Regional] . Ability to handle targets and work under pressure. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software preferred. Leadership and team management skills (for Sales Manager role).
