Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales / Tele Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales, with excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a target-oriented approach. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the right offerings. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. Handle objections confidently and convert leads into sales. Collaborate with the sales team and report performance regularly. 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing. Strong verbal communication skills in [language(s)]. Confident, proactive, and highly target-driven. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM software or telecalling tools is an added advantage.
