Job Description

🧾 Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling customer conversations through WhatsApp Chat CRM and phone calls. Excellent communication skills in Hindi are mandatory for this role. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Communicate with potential customers via WhatsApp CRM and outbound calls. Understand customer queries and provide clear and accurate information about our franchise services. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings. Maintain proper records of chats and call interactions in the system. Share product brochures, proposal PDFs, and guide customers as needed. Coordinate with the support and sales teams to manage incoming and outgoing queries. Meet daily and monthly sales targets. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or WhatsApp-based communication. Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English. Good typing speed and ability to manage multiple chats at once. Polite, patient, and persuasive with customers.
