Senior Technical Writer

You’ll work closely with our brilliant tech and product teams to create high-quality content that simplifies intricate concepts - whether it’s documenting network topologies, writing API guides, or building architecture blueprints that actually make sense.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and maintain

  clear, detailed, and accurate documentation for complex network architecture systems and solutions.

• Collaborate with network engineers and architects

  to understand how everything connects (literally).

• ✍️

  Write, edit, and standardize

  network-related content - think configuration guides, design docs, troubleshooting manuals, and technical whitepapers.

• Develop templates and documentation structures

  that make technical info accessible and reusable.

• Simplify complex concepts

  without losing technical depth - make sure even non-network folks can keep up.

• Work closely with design teams

  to visualize architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience as a

  Technical Writer

  , preferably in

  networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT domains

  .

• Strong understanding of

  network architecture concepts

  - routing, switching, protocols, subnets,firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and hybrid cloud setups.

• Experience documenting

  network designs, integrations, and troubleshooting workflows

  .

• Excellent communication skills - both in writing and in collaborating with tech experts.

• Proficiency with tools like

  Confluence, Markdown, Visio, Lucidchart, and Git-based documentation

  .

• Ability to

  balance technical accuracy with clarity

  - your content should help readers get it fast.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with

  network automation, SDN, or cloud-native architectures

  (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Comfort creating

  visual diagrams or interactive documentation
