Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions on core and advanced technologies to students and professionals. Candidates must have strong subject knowledge, practical implementation experience, and the ability to engage learners with effective methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training on technologies such as Java, Python, Data Structures, C/C++, Full Stack, MERN/MEAN, and others.
• Develop and update training materials and modules.
• Conduct pre/post-assessments and evaluate trainees' performance.
• Provide mentoring and doubt clarification sessions.
• Coordinate with the content team and stay updated with the latest technologies.
• Customize training delivery based on student groups (college/interns/corporate).

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in any of the following: Java, Python, Full Stack (Java/MERN/MEAN), DSA, SQL, Web Development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in both online and classroom training environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,523.63 - ₹65,791.85 per month
