Senior Technical Trainer

As a Training Specialist at Sagitec, your main responsibility will be to conduct regular trainings for internal staff and clients on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, as well as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and other technologies. You will evaluate staff performance, develop training plans, create training materials, provide reports on training progress, and prepare learning paths for developers on Sagitec Products. Your focus will be on continuous improvement in the training process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular trainings on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and other technologies - Evaluate staff performance on an ongoing basis - Develop training plans and collaborate with project delivery teams - Create training materials and provide reports on training progress - Prepare learning paths for developers on Sagitec Products - Focus on continuous improvement in the training process Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience with No Code / Low Code Platforms is a plus - Excellent communication, teaching, and courseware design skills - Quick learner of new technologies and tools In addition to the technical skills, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to train various types of resources, including overseas clients. Attention to detail, solid knowledge in C# & .Net, Net Bean, and experience in training candidates on the latest versions are essential.
