EDM Operator / Sparking

Job Title: EDM Sparking Operator Location: Coimbatore Experience: 1 to 3 Years Industry: Manufacturing / Tool Room / CNC / Precision Engineering Job Description: We are seeking a skilled EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Sparking Operator with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in tool room or precision component manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up EDM Sparking machines (Conventional/Die-sinking). Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Maintain electrode wear and spark gap as per job requirement. Ensure quality and surface finish as per standards. Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean. Coordinate with QC and production teams for timely delivery. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical or relevant field. 1 to 3 years of EDM Sparking experience (preferably in mould/tool making). Basic knowledge of machine parameters and electrodes.
