Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Experience with carrier networking infrastructure and mobile networks.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture.
5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
Experience with connectivity, IMS, telephony, RCS, IP Messaging, SIP, and other related communication protocols.
Experience in foundational internet technologies like HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, and JavaScript, as well as in Unix/Linux environments.
Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive multi-party initiatives forward.
