Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in technical projects or program management. Experience in the construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate design/construction and in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial). Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related commercial or technical field. Professional qualifications in cost, risk and contract management. Achieved or working towards Chartered/Professional status within a recognized professional institution. Recognized formal project management and program management qualifications. Achieved or working towards formal leadership and management certification within a recognized professional body. Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Show more Show less
