We are hiring a Technical Recruiter who has experience in US IT recruitment.

Work Location: Bangalore / Chennai

What will you do?

• Recruiting for IT professionals in the US.

• Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates.

• Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards.

• Pre-Screen IT candidates by phone and video calls.

• Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers.

• Tracking interview feedback for candidates.

• Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.

• Leverage a strong knowledge of the contracting/sourcing market space, value propositions, products and services, as well as competitive intelligence in order to drive the growth of our company.

• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates.

• Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years' experience in US IT Recruitment.

• Experience using multiple job boards

• Experience using social media recruitment

• Knowledge of various work authorizations and tax terms

• Experience with Fulltime recruitment
