Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter located in Delhi, India. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from developing and posting job descriptions to sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions. The individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the timely placement of high-quality candidates. Additionally, maintaining and growing a network of industry contacts and staying updated on current recruiting trends are key aspects of this role.
