Senior Software Engineer - Java/Spring Frameworks

SALARY : 8LPA - You'll Do :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support, and partners) to design and deliver high-performance backend services.
• Architect systems that are secure, scalable, and resilient, tailored for financial applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Java code.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Stay up to date with fintech trends, backend technologies, and cloud best practices.
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of backend experience, with strong expertise in Java.
• Solid background in building distributed systems at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Data, etc.).
• Hands-on with MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Familiar with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
