Senior Technical Lead - Java

As a Technical Lead with 9-11 years of experience, your role will involve developing and building highly reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will review and understand business requirements, ensure timely completion of development tasks, and conduct thorough testing to minimize defects. Additionally, you will be responsible for project estimation, providing solution inputs, conducting technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team towards developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables, promoting continual knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Working in a rapid and agile development process, you will focus on increasing speed to market while maintaining appropriate controls and implementing good development and testing standards to uphold the quality of deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and build reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications. - Review and understand business requirements to ensure timely completion of tasks with minimal defects. - Participate in project estimation, provide solution inputs, conduct technical risk planning, and perform code reviews. - Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized code, knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines. - Work in a rapid and agile development process to increase speed to market with appropriate controls. - Implement good development and testing standards to ensure quality deliverables. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/MCA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. - Exposure to MVC frameworks like Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate. - Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts, microservices, and JAVA programming language. - Programming experience in relational platforms like MySQL, Oracle, and non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB. - Knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and XML would be advantageous. - Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills. - Experience with agile development methodology, preferably Scrum. - Experience in one of the following would be an added advantage: - Activiti BPM - DROOLS Rules Engine - Integrations with authentication protocols and Frameworks (oAuth, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos) - Experience with multiple integration technologies/frameworks.
