Senior Technical Lead - Java

As a Technical Lead at our company, you will play a key role in developing and building extremely reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and understanding business requirements to ensure timely completion of development tasks with minimal defects. - Participating in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, conducting technical risk planning, and performing code reviews and unit test plan reviews. - Leading and guiding your teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. - Working in a rapid and agile development process to increase speed to market while maintaining appropriate controls. - Implementing good development and testing standards to ensure the quality of deliverables. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech/MCA with at least 8 years of relevant experience. - Exposure to MVC frameworks like Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate. - Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts, microservices, and JAVA programming language. - Programming experience in relational platforms like MySQL, Oracle, and non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB (no-sql). - Knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and XML would be an added advantage. - Sound analytical skills and good communication skills. - Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum. - Experience in one of the following will be an added advantage: Activiti BPM, DROOLS Rules Engine, Integrations with authentication protocols and Frameworks oAuth/ SAML/ LDAP/ Kerberos, Experience with multiple integration technologies/frameworks. This position is based in Noida with 3 months of on-site training in Singapore.,
