Senior Technical Lead - Java

Role Overview: As a JAVA Architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall architectural vision for JAVA-based applications. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality code that aligns with business goals. You will be tasked with analysing business requirements, developing innovative solutions, and optimizing JAVA applications for performance and security. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the overall architectural vision for JAVA-based applications - Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship - Analyse business requirements to design efficient solutions - Develop and maintain core components of JAVA applications - Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in JAVA applications - Design and oversee integration of JAVA applications with existing systems - Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data - Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback for code improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery - Stay updated with latest JAVA trends and technologies - Create and maintain technical documentation - Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to JAVA applications - Define team goals and objectives, ensuring they are met - Investigate and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions - Mentor and develop team engineers - Work with engineering manager to define technical roadmap - Represent the team to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in Team Leading - 1 year of experience in Java - 1 year of experience in Microservices - 1 year of experience in Angular Additional Company Details: - Technology scope includes but is not limited to Python, Java, and Angular - Should be able to lead Azure cloud and Kubernetes deployments - Experience with maintaining GIT repositories and automated CI/CD pipelines for deployments Please note: This is a full-time position with day shift schedule in Kochi, Kerala.
