Role Summary

• Join a leading IT Services & Consulting brand as a Technical Consultant for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deliver end-to-end implementation, integration, and support for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Drive digital transformation by building scalable, data-driven customer experiences.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement AEP components such as Real-Time Customer Profiles, Identity Services, and Data Layers.
• Ingest and manage data from diverse sources using APIs and XDM schemas.
• Set up audience segments, journeys, automations, and activation destinations across multiple channels.
• Build custom workflows and APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize platform performance.
• Provide post-implementation support, documentation, and training to clients.
  

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong command over SQL, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and data modeling using XDM.
• Practical experience in setting up data connectors, journey orchestration, and real-time triggers.
• Knowledge of custom application development and IMS authentication for system integration.
• Comfortable using Postman, Git, and debugging tools for performance optimization and testing.
