As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, this full-time on-site role will be based in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around analyzing business requirements, developing comprehensive business processes, and engaging in systems analysis to facilitate project development. Your role will entail ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions while closely collaborating with stakeholders to identify avenues for enhancing business operations and achieving project objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, including a proven track record in IT Service and team leadership. Proficiency in analytical skills, systems analysis, business analysis, and business requirements gathering is essential. Moreover, familiarity with business process modeling and development, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, are crucial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are imperative, as is the ability to thrive in an on-site team environment. Previous experience in the IT or software development industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
