Job Description

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst in the Banking domain, your role will involve: - Organising and conducting requirements workshops and sessions with business and technical teams - Eliciting functional and non-functional business requirements and ensuring they are clearly understood through effective communication and review - Researching and documenting As-is and To-be states - Mapping and analysing business processes and data analysis - Contributing to large-scale business remediation, integration and migration programs - Experience in working with development team to clarify on business requirements and preparation of technical specifications - Experience in working with testing team, reviewing test cases and test coverage, analyzing & prioritizing defects reported - Familiarity with Agile Tools (JIRA and Confluence) & Waterfall - Prior working experience in Banking & financial domain, with Wealth domain experience considered advantageous - Must have worked in Application & software development projects,
